SellersVoice combines telephone, software and Internet technologies into a simple, fast and cheap system, making it very easy to add your voice to websites.

It starts with a telephone call to our audio servers. You record and save your sales message. Then you log into your SellersVoice member’s page and select an auction from the list of your eBAY auctions. You simply click on the auction that you want to audio enable... and you’re done. (NOTE: SellersVoice is a certified eBAY application.)

The very next visitor to your auction site will now hear your voice. No special equipment, no media players, no impact on site performance. Since the system uses FLASH technology, over 95 percent of the computer users can hear your audio with their existing systems.

Q. Can I use SellersVoice on other websites besides eBAY?

A.  Yes. You can put audio on ANY website. You simply record your message and then copy a few lines of code from SellersVoice and paste it into your Website and now it’s a talking site also. This means you can use SellersVoice on other auction sites also including: Yahoo, Overstock and Bid4Assets.

Q. What is the auto-start feature?

A.  You have the option of having the audio start automatically when a visitor lands on the page... OR... you can elect to have each visitor start the audio manually by clicking the PLAY BUTTON. (Note: There is an audio control bar that is automatically inserted into each auction, or webpage, allowing your visitors to PLAY, PAUSE or STOP the audio.) We recommend using the auto-start feature because it gets better results.

Q. How long can I make my audio messages?

A.  Your messages can be up to 30 minutes in length.

Q. Where can I put my audio?

A.  You can put audio on your ABOUT ME page, on your AUCTIONS, or send audio in emails to your customers with our AUDIO POSTCARDS.

Q. Can I change an audio message after its online?

A.  Yes, it’s easy. Simply call the server, put in the audio clip ID # and record a new message, then hang up. SellersVoice automatically replaces the old recording with your new one making it easy to change your messages.

Q. Can I include music in my audio recording?

A.  Yes, but you will need to record and upload it from your computer.

Q. How much does SellersVoice cost?

A.  You get an unlimited number of different messages and an unlimited number of auctions each month for only $29.95.

Q. Are there any other charges?

A.  We charge 14 cents per minute to use the Record-by-Phone feature. The charge is only for the recording time, not when the messages are being played on the websites. (Note: You can avoid this recording fee by using a microphone on your computer instead of the phone.)

Q. Does the phone surcharge apply to the trial period?

A.  Yes. Record-by-phone usage is subject to a surcharge of 14.9 cents per minute.

Q. What is an Audio Postcard?

A.  Audio Postcards are a great way to email your friends and customers with a "talking postcard." These include a SellersVoice audio message, a customizable image and your text message.
